NP Packaging manufactures and supply ESD compliance variety of trays, products molded from Antistatic HIPS, PVC, PET that are specifically formulated to dissipate electrostatic discharge and to safely and effectively convey, accumulate and store static-sensitive parts and assemblies.

 

The company’s ESD-safe conductive products have a surface resistivity of less than 105 to 106 ohms, and static dissipation products have surface resistivity between 105 to 1011 ohms. NP Packaging products meet or exceed ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard for ESD protection. The high conductivity/low electrical resistance Tray’s composite material is a permanent property ensuring the safe transfer of electrostatic discharge away from sensitive microprocessors, assemblies, loaded circuit boards and other electronic components for the life of the tray or container.

ESD Trays are stock and include anti-static and conductive options. ESD-Safe Trays are used for packaging, shipping, and storage of small electronic parts, circuit boards, pcb, pcba, & electronic components.  Stock plastic materials with no minimum purchase include PETG Anti-Static Clear, Conductive Styrene Black, and PVC / PET Anti-Static Clear. All ESD trays will be in order of cavity size.
